M1 has launched an editorial partnership with Charter, a media and insights platform focused on the future of work, to supplement its coverage of essential modern workplace issues.
Alongside M1’s proprietary content, members will find select Charter articles, which are aimed at human resources and workplace leaders and bridge research to practice—offering playbooks, actionable research, and journalism focused on best practices. Their articles will be tagged as “Partner Insights.”
Charter will also provide M1 members with a gift subscription through the end of 2025 to its premium Charter Pro subscription, offering free access to all of their relevant research, original reporting, and in-depth analysis on their site. Members can access their gift subscription and read much more of Charter’s content here.
Charter was selected by Modern Executive Solutions as an editorial partner for M1 for its shared values of being future-focused and catalyzing dynamic organizations for all workers. The organization was co-founded by Kevin Delaney, the founding editor in chief of Quartz and a former editor for The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal; Erin Grau, a former head of people & culture at Away and head of transformation at The New York Times; and Jay Lauf, a former publisher of Wired, The Atlantic and Quartz.
As part of its partnership, Charter will also share discounts from time to time for M1 members to its live events, which have included in-person and virtual summits about artificial intelligence, the workplace, and employer brand.
